Summer is in full swing in my part of the world, which means I find myself more likely to reach for green teas. Their taste profile, vibrant green coloring, and cooler nature really accentuate the season, making them perfect, especially on hot days, where a tea steeped at a lower temperature is really nice. I am taking this opportunity to look at three new green teas from Nannuoshan, including Yunsi, Biluochun, and Gu Zhu Zi Sun, with a quick shoutout to a Jasmine scented Huangshan Maofeng.
