Suggested Brewing Method for Yunnan Golden Needle Black Tea
1. Pour hot water into the teapot (250 ml capacity) and the teacups to preheat them, then add the tea leaves.
2. After the water starts boiling, let it cool slightly to around 90-93 degrees Celsius before pouring it over the leaves (the water temperature should not be too high).
3. Cover the teapot but do not steep for more than 5 seconds. For the first 1-6 infusions, no Steeping time is needed; simply pour out the tea immediately for drinking.
4. For the 7th to 14th infusions, steep for 10-20 seconds, increasing the steeping time for each subsequent infusion (depending on personal preference for strength).
5. Even after 10 or more infusions, the aroma remains fragrant, with the honey and fruit aromas blending beautifully, complementing each other, leaving a lasting aftertaste.
