Methods of Brewing White Tea

1. Cup brewing method. This is the simplest and quickest method. First, prepare a suitable transparent glass cup. Before brewing, rinse the tea with boiling water until a warm tea fragrance can be smelled, then place the tea directly into the glass cup and pour boiling water over it. Do not use too much tea, as overly concentrated white tea is not desirable.

2. Lidded bowl method. This method is slightly more complicated. Rinse the tea placed in the lidded bowl, then brew using the Gongfu method. The first infusion should take about half a minute, with each subsequent infusion time decreasing. This method produces a very fresh tea, suitable for those who prefer a lighter taste.

4. Large teapot method. This method is suitable for those who drink tea throughout the day. Since white tea is very resilient to multiple infusions, a large ceramic pot can be used. Place an appropriate amount of white tea in the pot, pour boiling water over it, and it can be consumed over a long period while retaining its rich flavor.
