2. Pour boiling water into the white porcelain gaiwan, tasting cups, and the fair cup to thoroughly Rinse them, then discard the water.

3. Add the Pu'er sheng tea to the gaiwan. The water temperature should be 100 degrees Celsius, and the water should be poured in a high, circular motion.

4. The first infusion is for washing the tea and is not consumed; quickly pour out the liquid and discard it. Then, add boiling water to the gaiwan again.

5. Quickly strain the brewed tea into the fair cup and then pour it into the tasting cup for drinking.
