Tea utensils are really affordable when bought online nowadays; you can get a set for just dozens of yuan, and these sets often include over ten or even dozens of different utensils.
If you only want to Brew Pu'er tea, how many tea utensils are sufficient?
Based on my experience, five utensils are enough: a Gaiwan, a tea strainer, a kettle, a pitcher, and a tasting cup.
Gaiwan: This is the most convenient and versatile tea brewing vessel, much like a Chinese wok that can handle various situations with ease.

Tea Strainer: This is used to filter out tea residue, so choose one with good filtration.

Kettle: In addition to boiling water, it also serves as a tool for pouring water, so select one that is comfortable to hold and has controllable water flow.

Pitcher: This is used to hold the brewed tea.

Tasting Cup: This is what you drink from, and I recommend using a white porcelain cup, which is quite versatile.
