Fujian is a major Tea-producing province in China, with a wide variety of teas. In recent years, Fujian has promoted the integrated development of Tea culture, tea industry, and tea technology, exploring a new model for the coordinated development of these three aspects. Tea industries such as Fuding White Tea, Wuyi rock tea, and Anxi Tieguanyin are rapidly integrating into sectors like tourism, health and wellness, and catering, spawning new products and business forms such as new tea beverages, tea delicacies, and tea estates. These tea leaves benefit countless tea farmers, making the tea industry a pillar industry for rural revitalization and farmer income growth in Fujian.
