Those who love Tea always hope to find a tea that suits them best. When fellow tea enthusiasts go out for tea, they must have heard this saying: “There is no supreme quality of tea, suitability is the treasure.” Literally, it means there is no best tea; the one that suits you is the best.
The phrase “suitability is the treasure” originates from “Jade Pot” by Wen Ying of the Song Dynasty. Su Yijian, a scholar of the Hanlin Academy during the Northern Song Dynasty, said, “Things do not have fixed flavors, what suits your taste is precious.” It means that deliciousness is not fixed, what suits your taste is the best. Many delicacies are rare and exquisite, making it difficult to select the best. Everyone's taste differs, making it hard to determine which is the most delicious. Nowadays, “suitability is the treasure” is often used to reconcile different opinions.
In reality, Drinking Tea is easy, but finding the right tea is not simple. Finding the right tea is like finding the right lover. At first, you need to try it out, take the first step, and then move on to the next. Analyze your physical condition, and then drink tea accordingly.

Step One: Quality First
The prerequisite for suitability is “cleanliness and hygiene.” Ideal Hualai always respects and cares for every life, applying the experience of pharmaceutical production to tea-making and adhering to 86 quality control checkpoints throughout the entire production process. This has established a scientific, large-scale, and standardized production system. In Anhua, they have built China's first GMP tea production workshop with international-leading standards, strictly guarding product quality.
Suitability is the treasure, and you should also consider each person's constitution: For a balanced constitution, choose tea that promotes vital energy; for a damp-heat constitution, Black Tea that clears heat and removes dampness is better. For those with an allergy-prone constitution, choose fermented teas like Pu'er. Black tea has a gentle nature, and even if consumed in the evening, it will not adversely affect the body. Compared to other types of tea, it has less stimulation on the spleen and stomach. Persistently drinking it over the long term makes it a suitable choice for the general public.

Step Two: Pay Attention to Method
Drinking tea is about timing: Do not drink tea on an empty stomach; avoid drinking tea immediately after a meal; and don't drink tea two hours before bedtime. Just like in a relationship, attention to methods and techniques is particularly important, and one shouldn't be too self-indulgent, but rather show mutual understanding.
1. Drink black tea in the morning or during the day. A cup of black tea in the morning brings many benefits.
After a whole night of rest, the body needs to replenish water. Drinking a cup of black tea can quickly supplement the required water. As a fully Fermented tea, black tea is non-irritating, making the stomach comfortable and easily accepted by tea enthusiasts, satisfying their craving for morning tea without worrying about intolerance. Tired of buns, noodles, and other breakfast staples? Why not try black tea paired with tea snacks, biscuits, zongzi, etc., for a fragrant morning filled with aged aroma, offering a unique flavor.
2. Drink black tea around 3 pm.
In ancient China, a day was divided into twelve periods. The so-called “tea at Shen time” refers to drinking tea between 3 and 5 pm. Similarly, in the West, there is the custom of afternoon tea. This is the most important and best time of the day to drink tea, a healthy way of drinking tea that follows natural rhythms. Shen time is when the bladder is most active, and drinking tea during this optimal detoxification period helps improve bodily circulation. Shen time is where yang qi resides, and during this period, it is unsuitable to drink cold-natured teas. At this time, warm-natured teas should be prioritized, and high-quality black tea is appropriate. Drinking tea at Shen time helps invigorate the mind and enhances tranquility. It aids us in calming down and reflecting on today's events, entering a reflective state, and considering future work plans, improving work efficiency.

Step Three: Pay Attention to Moderation
Affection should not be too deep, seven-tenths is enough, giving the other person independent space. The principle that overfilled water spills is something everyone understands. The same applies to drinking tea. There is a limit to how much tea you should drink, and the daily amount can be adjusted based on how your body reacts.
