First, clean the Teapot thoroughly. Then add 5g of Pu'er Tea to the pot. The ratio of tea to water should be 1:50. Do not add too much tea. You may also choose to pre-soak the Pu'er tea once. Afterward, cover the pot and place it on the tea brewing device. Set the temperature to 100°C and let it boil for about 3 minutes until the tea water comes to a boil. How to Brew Pu'er Tea for a Great Taste?

First, prepare the necessary tea leaves and equipment. There are many varieties of Pu'er tea, and you can choose different types according to your taste and preferences. Generally, aged Pu'er that retains its aroma and flavor better is ripe Pu'er, while raw Pu'er offers a clearer taste and freshness. When choosing equipment, you can decide based on personal preference. The teapot can also be placed in boiling water to enhance the aroma of the tea leaves.

Second, add an appropriate amount of cold water to the container. If you plan to drink the Pu'er tea using a method that separates the tea from the liquid, it's recommended to use water heated to over 95 degrees Celsius. If you want to bring out the rich flavor of Pu'er tea, use water at around 90 degrees Celsius and slowly brew the tea.

Third, add the Pu'er tea leaves to the container. The amount of tea used depends on the type and quantity of the tea. Generally, the ratio of water to tea is 50:1, but you can adjust this according to personal preference.

Fourth, bring the water to a boil. There is no need to stir the tea leaves when the water boils; the hot water will allow the tea leaves to fully expand. It is suggested to reduce the boiling time after the water starts to boil to avoid an overly strong taste which could affect the overall flavor.

Fifth, turn off the heat source and pour the tea into tea cups. After pouring the tea, you can add a small amount of honey according to personal preference to enhance the nutritional value and taste of the Pu'er tea.

Finally, you can add some ice cubes to adjust the taste. It is best to cool the Pu'er tea down to below 60 degrees Celsius before enjoying it.
