The ancient tea trees in Baotang coexist with the forest's mixed trees. The distribution density of the ancient tea trees is relatively low, scattered throughout the forest. These ancient tree teas possess a powerful and dominant wild character, with a strong and lasting sweet aftertaste. The dry tea has tightly bound twigs, is dark and lustrous, and produces a bright golden-yellow infusion. The tea has a strong wild aroma, with a lingering and potent fragrance at the bottom of the Cup. The largest and oldest ancient tea trees in Mangsong are concentrated in Old Baotang Village, while New Baotang Village emerged due to the cultivation of tea.
