Do not use boiling water directly
Zhuni Teapots have a high iron content, resulting in a larger expansion coefficient and greater susceptibility to thermal shock after firing. If the pot has not been used for a long time and is completely dry, do not pour boiling water directly into it with the lid open to avoid “thermal cracking.” Before use, close the lid and warm up the pot by pouring lukewarm water over the exterior of the lid first, then pour hot water over it using the same method, and then proceed to Brew Tea normally.
Be particularly careful and avoid knocks and bumps
Zhuni teapots are more delicate, typically featuring thin walls, small bodies, slender handles, and refined openings. Areas such as the rim of the lid, the bottom edge of the mouth, the lip of the spout, the tip of the spout, the end of the handle, and the foot of the pot are generally either sharp or thin.
When using the Teapot, be meticulous and gentle, placing it down carefully to avoid any impacts, especially during cleaning where extra caution is required.
