Since late July, Pu'an County has been conducting on-site training in villages with concentrated Tea industries across various towns and sub-districts. The training aims to enhance local farmers' skills in tea garden management and Tea processing, thereby promoting high-quality development of the tea industry in Pu'an and increasing the income of rural households.
The current round of training falls under the “short, flat, and fast” skill training program and will continue until the end of September. The county plans to train over 1,600 tea farmers, with more than 150 having already undergone the training.
