Pinghe Town is located in the southeast of Luchun County, with its town government 65 kilometers away from the county seat. Since our company's establishment, we have actively responded to the local government's call, adopting a model that reduces the labor burden on the common people and increases the economic income of tea farmers, ensuring that tea fields are well maintained and tea leaves are purchased. At the same time, we have provided more employment opportunities for local residents. Since our founding, we have employed 3,506 people, and we estimate that fresh leaf purchases will cover 390 households, with a purchase volume reaching over 1,000 tons, generating an economic income of over 4 million yuan.

Tea is the primary source of income for local villagers, who carefully tend to the tea mountains and use their hands to create a more prosperous life. Once “trapped” by the tea mountains and limited by sales channels, they now enjoy the benefits of modern times. With the support of the government, they have broken through traditional sales channels, no longer working hard just to make ends meet. Now, they collaborate with tea companies, achieving better economic returns and a stronger sense of happiness in their lives.
