The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is a significant meeting held at a pivotal moment in our country's development, with profound guiding significance. The session further emphasized the importance of comprehensive deepening of reforms, outlining a grand blueprint for China's future and providing a clear direction for all industries. The session's emphasis on putting people first and the importance of systems for ensuring and improving people's livelihoods has deeply resonated with us, reflecting the Party's concern for the welfare of the people and its firm resolve for future development.
In the future, the Fuliang County Tea Industry Development Center will follow the guidance of the session's spirit, focusing on several key areas to strengthen local industries that benefit the people and contribute to rural revitalization and Chinese-style modernization. First, we will lead industrial development with new-quality productivity, increasing investment in technological innovation for the tea industry, introducing advanced planting and processing techniques to improve the quality and yield of tea, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of Fuliang tea in the market. Second, we will optimize cultural services and products, emphasizing the inheritance and promotion of Tea culture through various means such as exploring local tea history, organizing tea culture events, and developing unique tea tourism routes, allowing more people to understand the rich heritage of Fuliang tea. Third, we will actively participate in market competition, continuously expanding market channels and promoting Fuliang tea into broader domestic and international markets. Fourth, we will strengthen vocational skills training systems and enhance public service capabilities, strengthening cooperation with tea farmers and providing them with technical training and market information, ensuring that the fruits of tea industry development are more equitably shared among the masses and genuinely increasing the income of tea farmers.

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has charted a clear course for further comprehensive deepening of reforms and the advancement of Chinese-style modernization. Through in-depth study and understanding of the session's spirit, and in relation to my responsibilities, I have gained the following three insights. First, it is essential to uphold the comprehensive leadership of the Party, ensuring that the center always adheres to Party guidance, resolutely implements the Party's decisions and plans, and integrates Party building activities closely with production technology promotion, project implementation, and other tasks, providing a strong political guarantee for the high-quality development of the tea industry. Second, we must foster an innovative and reform-minded mindset. In light of the new situations and challenges facing the tea industry, we must be bold in innovating our methods and explore the implementation of innovative initiatives such as eco-friendly and low-carbon management of tea gardens across Fuliang County, continually opening up new horizons for the development of the Fuliang tea industry. Third, we must prioritize the interests of the people. As a pillar industry in Fuliang County, the tea industry is closely tied to the vital interests of tea enterprises and farmers. We must translate the spirit of the session into practical actions that serve tea enterprises and farmers, solidifying the last link in the chain of policies that strengthen agriculture, benefit farmers, and enrich the countryside, truly enhancing the sense of gain and happiness for tea enterprises and farmers.

The convening of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is timely and significant, providing new directions for the development of the Party and the country. Among the important discussions, the session highlighted that “education, science and technology, and talent are foundational and strategic supports for Chinese-style modernization.” As a Party member and cadre working in the tea industry, overseeing talent training, I am acutely aware that the imbalance in the talent structure and the looming shortage of talent resources are pressing issues we face amid the broad prospects and urgent need for transformation and upgrading in the tea industry. Over the past two years, under the guidance of the county party committee and government, we have organized multiple training sessions for talents in the tea industry, striving to expand our county's tea industry talent pool. To date, we have trained 171 tea artists, 100 tea appraisers, and 34 tea makers in our county. Moving forward, guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session, we will deepen the reform of talent development systems and stimulate the vitality of talents. Under the leadership of the county party committee and government, we will launch talent initiatives, establish talent platforms, and collaborate with Jingdezhen University to jointly build “three institutes and one center,” cultivating professionals in tea sales, production, presentation, research, and other fields, continuously enriching the talent base. At the same time, we will increase efforts to attract talent, targeting the full industrial chain's talent shortages, deploying a combination of talent strategies to inject a steady flow of talent into the high-quality development of the Fuliang tea industry.
