To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, recently, the “Maritime Tea Route” members' studio of the Haishu District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Ningbo invited municipal and district-level CPPCC members, industry experts, tea enterprises, and merchants to conduct specialized learning and offer advice for the high-quality development of the tea industry.

The main distribution of Haishu tea gardens is located at the foot of the Siming Mountains, concentrated in the towns of Hengjie, Jishigang, Yinzhou, Longguan, and Zhangshui. Last year, the “Maritime Tea Route” members' studio established common prosperity contact points on six tea mountains, helping tea farmers connect with live-stream teams to boost sales and inviting tea technology experts into the mountains to provide planting guidance.

“Even good tea fears obscurity, Haishu tea needs to further expand its market.” Wu Ying, convener of the members' studio and deputy director of the District Agricultural Technology Management and Service Station, said that the plenary session further clarified the strategic deployment of comprehensive deepening of reforms. In both professional work and members' duties, the spirit of the plenary session should be deeply implemented, solving problems with a spirit of reform and promoting development through reform, continuously assisting Haishu tea in broadening its sales channels and enhancing its brand.

“The plenary session has pointed out the direction and provided impetus for the reform and development of Haishu tea,” said Xu Yufen, district CPPCC member and deputy director of the district CPPCC's proposal committee. She suggested utilizing online social media to tell the story of Haishu tea well, interpreting the brand's connotations, developing diversified cultural tourism formats, and attracting more tourists.

Yu Aying, a municipal CPPCC member and head of Qiyijia Trading Co., Ltd., stated that studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session must be specifically applied to practical work and reflected in work effectiveness. Efforts should be made to continuously assist in enhancing the brand image and value of Haishu tea, conducting all-around and multi-dimensional publicity and promotion, and creating a brand image with unique cultural heritage and exquisite craftsmanship of Haishu. Yang Jinliang, a district CPPCC member and head of Jinxin Bearing Technology Co., Ltd., believes that efforts should be made to effectively reduce costs, increase production, innovate products, and better meet market demands.

In the next step, the members' studio will earnestly implement the spirit of the plenary session in all duties, serving as promoters and practitioners of the plenary session's spirit, actively leveraging advantages to assist in innovations in Haishu tea technology, improvements in quality, and breakthroughs in sales.
