Recently, I heard an interesting argument: since good people don’t always get good rewards, why should we still be good?
Do good deeds without asking about the future. If we must find another meaning in being good, it’s that by choosing to offer kindness, the world loses one unpleasant person and gains one good one. Though small, we are still changing the world.
There will always be 10% of people who pay attention to you just to criticize you—the so-called keyboard warriors. But I strive to be my best self for the other 90%. Good people will have good rewards, and tea lovers will have tea blessings.

Tea lovers have tea blessings
The Book of Rites says: "Blessings are the name of all things going smoothly." In other words, "blessing" implies smoothness and everything going as desired.
Drinking a cup of good tea can bring happiness, but this is not the kind of happiness money can measure—it’s happiness from the heart.
Tea blessings can also be brewing a pot of tea that fills the room with fragrance; friends and family remembering you and bringing back good tea from afar; not expecting much from a cup of tea but being pleasantly surprised; acquiring a beloved tea set; a casually arranged tea table that exudes beauty; or warm conversations with family gathered around the tea table.

Tea lovers have health
Drinking tea is a joy in life. Brewing a pot of tea lets the body listen to the rhythm of the soul. What seems like "boring" downtime actually gives you answers from the heart.
Tea contains organic compounds like polyphenols, caffeine, and catechins, as well as various vitamins, which can eliminate free radicals, provide antioxidants, prevent diseases, boost immunity, and slow aging.
Tea’s health benefits surpass those of other beverages, yet unlike tonics or medicine, it doesn’t give your body a "jolt"—it nurtures gradually, subtly improving your well-being over time.

Tea lovers have sincerity
Zhuangzi said: "Without refinement and sincerity, one cannot move others," meaning that insincerity cannot touch people’s hearts.
What moves us most about tea lovers is often their sincerity and perseverance.
Because of their sincerity, tea lovers usually have good relationships. They are simple and genuine, easy to trust, and their presence brings a sense of security. People naturally relax around them, letting go of calculations and wariness, making conversations flow effortlessly.
Because of their perseverance, tea lovers have been drinking tea for years—past, present, and future. Tea becomes like a close friend, a confidant for sharing joys and sorrows. Even in solitude, a good pot of tea can offer comfort.

Tea lovers have wisdom
The wisdom of tea lovers reveals itself in subtle ways, making interactions refreshing.
"A full cup of wine honors a guest, but a full cup of tea deceives them." Serving tea seven-tenths full leaves room for goodwill, much like "a gentleman’s friendship is as light as water." Only a shallow cup of tea allows one to savor the bond slowly.
Tea lovers pouring tea seven-tenths full also reflect a measured approach to life—acting with分寸, speaking with余地, treating others with宽容, and navigating the world with calmness. As the saying goes, "Tall trees attract the wind that shakes them; fame destroys those who chase it." This reminds us to avoid arrogance and锋芒毕露.
Life is fleeting, like tea leaves. We should live authentically, genuinely, and simply.

Havel once said that we persist in something not because it will bring results, but because we believe it is right. Like drinking tea, we do it because it feels right. A healthy lifestyle may not dramatically延长 our lives, but a糟糕 one will quickly retaliate against our bodies.
