Tangerine Peel and Poria Cocos Tea
Method: 5g of poria cocos, 2g of tangerine peel. Rinse the poria cocos and tangerine peel, place them in a thermos cup, pour hot water, and wait for 5 minutes before drinking.

Barley and Wolfberry Tea
Method: 300g of barley, a handful of wolfberries, 2-3 red dates, rock sugar, and water as needed. Remove impurities from the barley, rinse, and drain.
