Which tea region does Wanggong ancient tree tea belong to?

Wanggong ancient tree tea belongs to Yiwu in Mengla County, Xishuangbanna. Numerous small-scale tea production areas have been discovered here.

The mint pond in Puzhe River, the Cold Water River tea field in Lantiandian Village, the White Tea Garden in Dingjia Upper Village, and well-known tea fields like Wanggong River are densely distributed along the entire mountain range, spanning dozens of kilometers.

The ownership of the Wanggong ancient tea garden belongs to the Lower Village of the Yao Ethnic Group in Dingjia Village (the Upper Village manages the White Tea Garden, while the Lower Village manages the Wanggong tea garden). Although nominally part of Dingjia Village, the geographical location of the Wanggong tea garden differs from that of Dingjia Village.

This is because the Wanggong tea garden and the Dingjia Village tea garden contain different ancient tea trees, but they are both managed by the tea farmers of Dingjia Village. Furthermore, Wanggong is located in the core production area of Yiwu and, together with Duoyishu, White Tea Garden, and Baihuatan, is known as one of the “Four Heavenly Queens” of Yiwu.
