The Method for Cold brewing

1. Use room temperature cold water to steep the tea.

2. Place the tea leaves in cold water and refrigerate.

3. Steep with room temperature water, adding a few ice cubes.

As for the amount of water and the ratio, generally speaking, 10-15g of dry tea for every 1000ml of water is sufficient. Mix the tea and water at a weight ratio of 1:100; the temperature should be kept constant at 4°C.
