New Hui tangerine peel is excellent for health preservation, and as people's awareness of health preservation grows, it has become well-known worldwide. This has led to the creation of related Tea products, and today we recommend Little Green Tangerine!
Little Green Tangerine is short for Little Green Tangerine Pu'er Tea. It refers to the immature green peels of the fruit, which are picked, the flesh removed, and then filled with Pu'er tea. After special processing, the fruity aroma of the New Hui tangerine is perfectly blended with the rich taste of Pu'er tea, making a pleasant and suitable health-preserving tea drink for all ages.
We are now in late autumn, and the weather is getting colder. Drinking Little Green Tangerine at this time can effectively help with regulating qi and spleen function, removing dampness and phlegm, and promoting digestion.
“Old Three Speaks of Tangerine Peel” sources its Little Green Tangerines from the original production area of New Hui. Each one is made with care, warming both heart and stomach. Tea lovers should not miss out on this treat!
brewing Methods for New Hui Little Green Tangerine Pu'er Tea
One: Whole Fruit Brewing
1. Open the packaging and take out the whole Little Green Tangerine;
2. Remove the small lid on the Little Green Tangerine and place it in a Gaiwan or portable brewing pot;
3. After boiling water, perform the first rinse, the second rinse, and start brewing by Steeping for 5 seconds from the third infusion onwards. Gradually increase the steeping time to ensure the taste and flavor of the tea.
4. After the fifth infusion, you can use a clay pot, Silver pot, stainless steel pot, or glass pot to boil the tea directly for an even richer flavor and more intense fruity aroma.
Two: Broken Brewing
1. Open the packaging and take out the whole Little Green Tangerine;
2. Carefully break the Little Green Tangerine into pieces and put the peel and tea leaves together in a cup or pot.
3. Pour boiling water over the mixture. Perform the first rinse, the second rinse, and for the first five infusions, make sure to pour out the tea quickly to avoid overly concentrated tea that might become bitter or astringent.
4. After the fifth infusion, gradually increase the steeping time to ensure the taste and flavor of the tea. You can brew approximately 13 infusions.
Three: Hole-Piercing Brewing Method
1. Open the packaging, take out the whole Little Green Tangerine, and prepare a Pu'er tea knife;
2. Use the Pu'er tea knife to pierce holes around the Little Green Tangerine and the bottom. Make sure the holes are large enough so that no tea fragments fall through;
3. Place the pierced Little Green Tangerine in a pot and add boiling water. The tea will slowly seep out and blend with the fresh scent of the peel, resulting in a pleasantly sweet taste.
4. After the fifth infusion, you can use a clay pot, silver pot, stainless steel pot, or glass pot to boil the tea directly for an even richer flavor and more intense fruity aroma.
Summary of Different Ways to Enjoy Little Green Tangerines:
1. Perform the first rinse and the second rinse, and only start brewing the Little Green Tangerine from the third infusion. The first two infusions tend to be lighter and do not fully represent the true character of the tea, so please begin enjoying the aroma and taste from the third infusion.
2. For the first five infusions, make sure to pour out the tea quickly and brew it lightly. This better highlights the fresh scent of the Little Green Tangerine and results in a sweeter, fresher taste. When using the broken peel brewing method, especially, be sure to avoid overly concentrated tea, as it could lead to a less enjoyable experience.
3. When using the first and third brewing methods, after the fifth infusion, you can add sufficient water and use a clay pot, silver pot, stainless steel pot, or glass pot to boil the tea directly for an even richer flavor and more intense fruity aroma.
