3. When brewed, the tea should produce a clear red infusion without murkiness, a clean aroma without coarseness, and a full-bodied taste without bitterness;

4. The first infusion should yield an orange-yellow, bright liquor, while the second and third infusions should produce a bright red-yellow liquor.

How to Determine the Quality of Tea?

First, observe its shape. Check if the edges are distinct, the strands are dense, and if the stalk content is appropriate.
