The brewing time for Pu'er tea isn't fixed, but generally, it takes about 30-40 seconds. The exact time can be adjusted according to personal preference and taste. Longer brewing times result in stronger flavors, while shorter times yield a lighter taste. After the first infusion, each subsequent infusion should be increased by 5 seconds, allowing for around 15 infusions in total.

2. It's essential to rinse ripe teas, even twice. If rinsing twice, the pouring out of the first rinse should be done quickly. However, if only rinsing once, allow the water to rest in the tea for a short period.

3. When pouring out each infusion of ripe tea, make sure to drain all the liquid and do not leave any residue.
