Core Ancient Tea Garden Area of Lianghu Village, Daliang Town
The ancient tea garden in Daliang is a rare concentration of ancient tea trees in China, with a large number and variety, making it a natural repository for tea plant germplasm resources.
Currently, there are five groves of tea trees over a thousand years old, 25 trees between 500 to 1,000 years old, and 11,000 trees over a hundred years old.
Growing at an altitude of over 1,200 meters on a high mountain, this tree has a history of more than 300 years, stands 2.85 meters tall, and has a crown circumference of 2.7 meters.
Wenquan Village, Gaoyang Town
There are two clusters of ancient tea trees in Wenquan Village. One cluster has a history of over a thousand years, while the other dates back 320 years.
Shuanglongdong Village, Wuquan Town
This tree has a history of over 600 years, stands 1.5 meters tall, and has a crown circumference of about 1.5 meters. The shape of the tree resembles an umbrella.
Qingshui Village, Wuquan Town
Growing at an altitude of over 900 meters on a high mountain, this tree has a history of over 600 years, stands 1.5 meters tall, has a crown circumference of 1.2 meters, and has a straight growth habit.
