Recently, the Chaishan project in Npan Village, Bailu Town, has been launched.

Npan Village, Sixth Community of Bailu Town, has nearly 60 years of Tea planting history, with 380 mu of tea trees all being old growth. Sixty years ago, this project was built by the village's collective economy, but due to crude management of the tea garden and backward Tea processing technology, the price for Npan Village's tea could not be raised in earlier years, and the income of tea farmers was limited, which hindered the development of the tea industry. “A precious gem hidden deep in the mountains, its beauty unknown to people.”

As rural revitalization progresses step by step, Wuxi County Youbang Agricultural Co., Ltd. has responded positively to relevant policies, determined to transform local specialties into treasures for prosperity. They aim to build a modern rural industrial system, production system, and business system, driving the development of rural industries in tandem with poverty alleviation, rural construction, and urban-rural integration. They are vigorously implementing a development strategy focused on refinement, specialization, branding, chain development, and greenness.

Xi Yang, the Party Secretary of Bailu Town, stated that the tea garden in Npan Village of Bailu Town has unique natural geographical conditions, and the quality of the tea is high. These factors provide very favorable conditions for the subsequent processing and promotion of the tea. Currently, they are planning and implementing a tea mountain route to prosperity. They aspire to cultivate this tea garden into one of the major characteristic industries of Bailu Town.

Zhou Shiju, the project leader, said that the relevant work for the tea garden construction is steadily progressing. Currently, clearing the garden and removing weeds are underway, and the construction of the tea factory is being prepared. In the future, the tea farmers will sow hope and reap happiness with their industrious hands on this land. This tea mountain will also become a green calling card, attracting more tourists to come and enjoy the tea and scenery.
