On July 29, the Fuling County Tea Industry Development Center held a full members' meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Director Ye Lin conveyed and studied “The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-Style Modernization,” “The Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,” and the notice of the Fuling County CPC Committee on issuing the “Work Plan for Learning, Publicizing, and Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,” and arranged the next steps for implementation.

The meeting also heard reports from each department on the progress of key work in recent times.

At the meeting, Comrade Ye Lin emphasized that: Firstly, studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee should be considered an important political task for the current and future periods. Accurately grasp the core essence and spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deepen party members and cadres' learning and understanding of the spirit of the plenary session, and implement related work with a spirit of perseverance. Secondly, closely integrate the spirit of the plenary session with the actual work of the center, and implement the spirit into actions and work. Efforts should be made to steadily advance the work of party building along the tea industry chain, construction of large-scale export tea bases, project applications, talent training, and other key tasks in the second half of the year, and earnestly enhance the political, ideological, and practical consciousness of implementing the spirit of the plenary session. Thirdly, all members of the center must always uphold the people's position, strictly abide by rules and discipline, and organically combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee with party discipline education and concentrated rectification of misconduct and corruption problems around the people, improve work style, push for high-quality development of the Fuling tea industry with a tighter work rhythm and higher service efficiency, and promote increased efficiency for tea enterprises and increased income for tea farmers.
