It's the season of severe winter again, with biting cold winds and heavy snowfall. A warm cup of freshly brewed milk black tea can dispel the cold, nourish and strengthen the stomach, providing immense comfort. Today, using Nanming Jiaren's 2015 top-grade Dianhong tea 'Hongyan' as an example (add WeChat: dyshuocha to view), we will teach you how to make the simplest and most delicious milk black tea.
Ingredients: 5g of black tea, 30ml of pure milk, an appropriate amount of rock sugar or brown sugar (according to personal preference), and one fresh lemon.
Instructions:
1. Brew 5g of black tea in a medium-sized gaiwan. For one person, take the tea soup from three infusions and pour it into a pre-prepared glass.
2. Pour the pure milk into the tea soup.
3. Place rock sugar or nutritious brown sugar into the drinking cup. Add more if you prefer it sweeter.
4. Use a spoon to stir the tea soup to blend it with the milk. Pour the tea soup into the drinking cup and stir to dissolve the sugar.
5. Adding a few drops of lemon juice can reduce the richness of the milk and sugar, making it taste fresher and more refreshing.
6. A cup of mild, stomach-nourishing, and fragrant milk black tea is now ready! It also tastes great when chilled.
