Tea News · Aug 29, 2025

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that is difficult to cure, and its danger varies depending on the individual's constitution. However, once affected, symptoms such as headache, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, memory loss, limb numbness, increased nocturia, palpitations, chest tightness, and fatigue can significantly impact daily life.

There are many factors that induce hypertension, including a preference for overly salty or greasy foods, family genetic history, excessive obesity, and regional influences. Data shows that the prevalence rate among people living in plateau areas year-round is on average 20-25% higher than those living on plains. As residents of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, we should focus on early prevention, timely treatment, and diligent health preservation to maintain a healthy body and move towards a happy future life.
