Origin of Bitter Orange Flower Tea

 Bitter Orange Flower Tea is divided into Jinhua Bitter Orange Flower Tea, Suzhou Bitter Orange Flower Tea, and Fuzhou Bitter Orange Flower Tea.
       Jinhua Bitter Orange Flower Tea is produced in Jinhua, Zhejiang. It is mainly sold to Shandong, Hebei, Beijing, and Tianjin.
       Suzhou Bitter Orange Flower Tea is produced by the Suzhou Tea Factory in Jiangsu. According to records from the suburbs of Suzhou, the production of Bitter Orange Flower Tea in Suzhou has a history of over 250 years. In 1991, the output was 120 tons. It is mainly sold in cities such as Beijing and Jinan. Baked green tea bases from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui are selected and scented with bitter orange flowers produced in Changqing Township, Huqiu, Suzhou.
       Fuzhou Bitter Orange Flower Tea is produced in Fuzhou, Fujian. It was recorded in the Ming Dynasty's "Tea Manual" by Chunnian. In the 1960s, the Fuzhou Tea Factory reached an annual output of 78 tons. It is mainly sold in North China, Northeast China, Zhejiang, Fujian, and other regions, and is also distributed in Hong Kong and Macau. Bitter orange flower, also known as Zhike flower, Daidai flower, or sour orange flower (Citrus aurantium amara Engl), belongs to the Rutaceae family and is a type of sour orange (Citrus aurantium L). It is mainly produced in Suzhou, Yangzhou, Fuzhou, and other places.
