Cassia Seed, Wolfberry, and Chrysanthemum Tea
Recipe:
100g cassia seeds, appropriate amounts of wolfberry, chrysanthemum, and rock sugar.
Brewing method:
1. Wash the cassia seeds and stir-fry over low heat until slightly yellow. Let them cool and store in a sealed container.
2. When drinking, take one small teaspoon of cassia seeds and brew with chrysanthemum and wolfberry in hot water. Drink as a tea. Those who prefer sweetness can add rock sugar to taste.
Effects:
Clears the liver and improves eyesight, moisturizes the intestines and promotes bowel movements, relieves red, swollen, and painful eyes, as well as eye dryness and discomfort.
