Recipe:
1 cup fresh milk, 20 Hangzhou chrysanthemums, appropriate amount of sugar.
Usage:
Boil fresh milk with sugar, add Hangzhou chrysanthemums and bring to boil again; Pour the milk chrysanthemum tea into a bowl, cover for a moment, then filter out chrysanthemums and residue. Can be consumed hot, or cooled and stored in refrigerator as cold drink.
Efficacy:
Clears and benefits head and eyes. Suitable for brain workers and eye workers.
