Traditional Jasmine Tea
Ingredients:
Jasmine tea.
Method:
For special jasmine tea, it is best to use a glass cup with water temperature between 80-90°C. For other jasmine teas such as Yinhao, premium grade, and first grade, it is advisable to use a porcelain lidded cup with higher water temperature, close to 100°C. The general tea-to-water ratio is 1:50, with each brewing time lasting 3-5 minutes.

3g jasmine tea, 5g dried tangerine peel.
Method:
Wash the dried tangerine peel and cut it into small pieces. Brew together with jasmine tea using boiling water.
