Lingyan Jianfeng [Lingyan Jianfeng] is a straight strip-shaped stir-fried green tea produced in the Lingyan Tea Farm area of Wuyuan, Jiangxi. Developed in 1989, it is made by picking one bud and one leaf, followed by processes such as fixation, rolling, shaping, cooling, and drying. It is not graded. The tea features tightly straight strips, an oily and glossy appearance with visible pekoe, a clear, high, and lasting aroma, a rich and mellow taste, a bright yellow-green liquor, and tender, even leaves. It is primarily sold in major and medium-sized cities within the province.
