Four Herbal Teas to Help You Fight Insomnia

 Semen Platycladi Tea:

Prescription: 15g of fried Semen Platycladi.

Usage: Fragrantly fry the Semen Platycladi, gently crush it, and steep in boiling water as a tea substitute.

Efficacy: Nourishes the heart and calms the mind, moistens the intestines to relieve constipation. Suitable for blood deficiency palpitations, insomnia with vivid dreams, night sweats, and intestinal dryness constipation.

Peanut Leaf Tea:

Prescription: Peanut leaves.

Usage: Wash and sun-dry peanut leaves, then crush them into coarse fragments. Take 10g each time, place in a teacup, and brew with boiling water as a tea substitute.

Schisandra-Rehmannia-Wolfberry Tea:
