The cool, clear autumn weather is the best time for harvesting autumn tea. Compared to spring tea, autumn tea has fewer requirements and is less affected by weather during picking. Producing good autumn tea is also easier than with spring tea. After autumn comes winter, so autumn tea is less likely to spoil. This is why many people consider autumn tea to be good.
