Iced Dancong Tea is produced using raw materials from the Dancong tea plant variety. It undergoes sun-withering, shaking, fixation, and rolling, but instead of baking, it is directly deep-frozen and stored in a frozen environment.

Iced Dancong Tea features a natural floral aroma, a refreshing and sweet taste, and a smooth, mellow texture. However, due to its low fermentation level and high concentration of substances from the fresh leaves, its processing differs significantly from traditional Oolong tea methods, resulting in a strong cooling nature. As a novel product, it can be explored and occasionally sampled, but whether it constitutes a formal processing technique, can be widely promoted, or is suitable for long-term consumption likely requires further verification.
