Stage 1 (Day 1): Adaptation Period
Morning, noon, and evening: Normal diet as before + Ginger Black Tea
There are no special dietary requirements for this stage. Do not eat anything after dinner. Drink Ginger Black Tea! Remember! If you have a sweet tooth, add more honey (honey fasting for weight loss). It is recommended to drink Ginger Black Tea before and after meals, 1-6 cups a day, to let your stomach gradually get used to the taste of Ginger Black Tea!
Once you've adapted to these steps, you can proceed to the next stage.
Stage 2 (Day 2): Challenge Period
Morning, noon, and evening:
Carrot + Ginger Black Tea (400ml) / Same as above / Multigrain Porridge (choose beauty and slimming porridge). By the end of the day, you will find your belly has become softer, excretion is smoother, and your mind is more focused. This is a challenging time. Replace breakfast with Ginger Black Tea, remembering to add enough honey! The evening requirements are the same as in Stage 1! Also, note that lunch should be as light as possible! If you find this too difficult, return to Stage 1. Do not force yourself!
Recommended Radish Weight Loss Soup: 250g each of red and white radish, 10g ginger, and appropriate seasonings. Wash and cut the radishes into pieces, add ginger and water, and cook until thoroughly done. Season with salt and MSG. Drink the soup and eat the radishes for weight loss benefits.

Stage 3 (Days 3, 4, and beyond): Habit Formation Period
Choose a relaxed weekend.
Morning, noon, and evening:
Day 1: Fast, drink 2 cups of Ginger Black Tea (400ml) / Multigrain Porridge / Multigrain Porridge (porridge is recommended as the stomach is more fragile after fasting).
Day 2: Ginger Black Tea / Normal diet / Same as above.
Note: If you feel a burning sensation in your stomach, consider reducing the amount of ginger. Drinking 2 to 6 cups a day is sufficient. Stage Three should only be used occasionally. Usually, maintaining Stage Two is good enough, but don't force yourself, and you can return to Stage One at any time!
