1. Lavender Lemon Tea
Ingredients: 5~6 dried lavender buds, lemon slices or lemon juice.

Ingredients: 500g honey, 1kg fresh chrysanthemum petals.
Method: Mash the fresh chrysanthemum petals, add water, and boil for half an hour. Repeat the extraction twice, filter out the residue, combine the two extracts, and simmer on low heat until concentrated to 500ml. When cooled to below 60°C, add honey and stir well.
