What tea can cure pharyngitis?
Some time ago, my throat was uncomfortable, and after examination, it was diagnosed as pharyngitis. Having pharyngitis makes the throat dry and itchy, which is very uncomfortable. It feels like there is a foreign object in the throat; I often cough but cannot cough it up. It sticks there, making me clear my throat frequently. I wonder what tea would be good to drink?

Nowadays, many people suffer from chronic pharyngitis to varying degrees, mainly due to poor air quality, staying up late, and eating heavily seasoned stimulating foods like barbecue. Thus, chronic pharyngitis gradually develops.
Once you have pharyngitis or chronic pharyngitis, it tends to recur frequently, and medication often has little effect. It mainly relies on self-care. This article introduces two honey tea beverages for patients with pharyngitis and chronic pharyngitis to prevent recurrence, improve the body's resistance, and reduce the chance of developing pharyngitis.
