Champagne of Teas - Darjeeling Tea

Darjeeling tea is globally recognized as one of the top three black teas. Its tea liquor color and taste resemble champagne, earning it the nickname "Champagne of Teas." Darjeeling tea is divided into two types: Golden Darjeeling tea region and Darjeeling tea region. The former is produced at an altitude of about 2,000 meters in the northern Himalayas of India, with scarce and precious yield, featuring a distinct muscat grape aroma and a bright tea color. The latter is produced at an altitude of about 1,500 meters in the northern Himalayan mountains of India, with the best yield in May to June. The top-grade Darjeeling tea, containing many new buds known as "golden tips," is called "Champagne of Teas." Due to its unique fragrance, it should be consumed plain to fully appreciate its subtlety. When brewing, compared to other teas, it requires a slightly longer steeping time (about 5 minutes) to fully release the tea's aroma.

Ceylon Highland Tea

Among Ceylon highland teas, Uva tea is the most famous. Blending the aromas of mint and lily of the valley, Uva tea is slightly bitter with a sweet aftertaste, offering an extremely appealing tea liquor. The surface of the orange-red bright tea liquor has a golden-yellow光圈,犹如加冕一般; Dimbula tea has a bright red liquor, a refreshing and mild taste with floral notes, and less astringency. Nuwara Eliya tea is lighter in color, aroma, and taste compared to the previous two, with a taste somewhat similar to green tea.

Keemun Black Tea

The best black tea in China is undoubtedly Keemun Black Tea. It is produced in Qimen County, located in the southwestern part of Anhui Province, China, within the Huangshan mountain range. It has a honey sugar fragrance, with top-grade tea even containing an orchid fragrance (known as "Qimen fragrance"), which is rich and lasting; the tea liquor is bright red and clear, with a sweet, fresh, and mellow taste. The brewed tea leaves are all bright red.

Strong Tea - Assam Tea

The deep copper-red tea liquor exudes a malt straw fragrance, blended with a rose aroma. This strong tea, produced in the Assam valley in northeastern India, is the best choice for winter tea drinking. It has a strong tea taste with a sweet and mellow aftertaste, making it very suitable for drinking with milk in the morning. Because it is a strong black tea, the brewing time should be shorter. Depending on the leaf size, if it exceeds 1 cm, steep for 4-5 minutes; if the leaves are about 1 cm with some buds, steep for 3 minutes.
