Longjing Brewing TipsTea Knowledge
1. Longjing mostly uses tender bud heads as raw material. The brewing water temperature should not be too high, 80-85°C is appropriate, generally the temperature of water dispensers is just right;
2. When brewing, it is recommended to use a transparent glass. The tea buds float up gracefully, like water lilies emerging, pleasing to the eye;
3. Avoid prolonged soaking, otherwise it will taste bitter and astringent;
4. Can be brewed repeatedly 2-3 times.
5. Strong tea and overnight tea should not be consumed.
