Green tea is a very healthy food. Adding it to sushi gives a light tea fragrance. Paired with sweet and delicious seasonal fruits, it tastes very fresh and refreshing in summer.
Ingredients: 1 bowl of rice, 1 sheet of seaweed, 2g green tea powder, assorted fruits, 75ml white vinegar, 45g sugar, 15g salt, wasabi, soy sauce (as needed)
Method:
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour before cooking it in a rice cooker. After cooking, do not open the lid immediately; let it steam for another 15 minutes to make the rice softer and stickier.
2. Mix the white vinegar, sugar, green tea powder, and salt to make green tea sushi vinegar. While the rice is still hot, mix in an appropriate amount of the sushi vinegar. Stir evenly with a rice paddle and let the rice cool before using.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl and pour it into a pan to fry into a thick omelet. You can fold it while frying to achieve a thick slice.
4. After cooling, cut the egg omelet into long strips. Peel the dragon fruit and kiwi, and cut them into long strips as well.
5. Wash your hands. Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat with the smooth side facing down. Evenly spread a layer of sushi rice on top, leaving a 1 cm gap at the front end. Place the egg and fruit strips on top, then roll it into a sushi roll. Cut into small pieces with a knife.
Cook's Tips:
When serving, you can accompany it with wasabi and soy sauce according to taste.
