(2) Avoid drinking before bedtime. Oolong tea is rich in elements like tea polyphenols. If consumed before sleep, it can easily cause excessive excitement, making it difficult to fall asleep and rest during normal sleeping hours!

(3) Avoid drinking cold tea. Cold oolong tea is cooling in nature and may harm the stomach, potentially leading to colds. The tannic acid in oolong tea can combine with iron to form insoluble compounds. Drinking cold tea may reduce the body's iron absorption, worsening conditions for patients with anemia!

(4) Avoid drinking during special physiological periods. Tea has fat-decomposing properties, which may exacerbate malnutrition in undernourished individuals. Tea contains large amounts of tea polyphenols, caffeine, and other substances that can adversely affect fetal development during pregnancy. To ensure normal intellectual development of the fetus! Drinking strong tea during lactation may transfer excessive caffeine into breast milk, indirectly causing excitement in infants, leading to restlessness and frequent crying.
