Ingredients: Astragalus root (2 qian), Cinnamon twigs (1 qian), American ginseng (1 qian), Xanthium fruit (1 qian), Ginger slices (3 pieces)

Method: Wash the herbs, place them in a filter bag, put it into a thermos cup, pour in 600 ml of boiling water, steep for 20 minutes, then drink as tea.

2. Fenguang Maidong Allergy-Protecting Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1 chicken leg with bone, American ginseng (2 qian), Ophiopogon root (2 qian), Wolfberry (3 qian), Black dates (5 qian), Lily bulb (3 qian), A little salt.

Method: First, wash and cut the chicken leg into pieces. Put the herbs into a medicine bag. Place the herbs and chicken pieces into a pot with 1000 ml of water. Cook in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water in the outer pot. Once the cooker switches off, add salt to taste, then serve.
