It can release the exterior and harmonize the interior, unblock yang and invigorate blood, and dispel wind and pathogenic factors. 5 pieces of Sterculia scaphigera (Pangdahai), 12 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi), 30 grams of rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of tea. Isatis and Sophora Root Tea

15 grams of Isatis root (Banlangen), 10 grams of Sophora tonkinensis (Shandougen), 10 grams of licorice, and 5 pieces of Sterculia scaphigera (Pangdahai). Place all in a thermos, brew with boiling water, cover and steep for 20 minutes, then drink as tea. Alternatively, decoct in water and pour into a thermos to drink slowly, one dose daily. Luohanguo Tea

1 Luohanguo (Siraitia grosvenorii). Chop the Luohanguo, brew with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drink freely without restriction. 1–2 times daily, 1 fruit each time. It functions to clear the lungs and resolve phlegm, stop thirst and moisten the throat. It is mainly used for dry and uncomfortable throat, throat pain and loss of voice, or cough and dry mouth caused by insufficient lung yin and phlegm-heat binding.
