Gastritis is inflammation of the gastric mucosa. According to the severity of mucosal damage, gastritis can be divided into erosive gastritis and non-erosive gastritis, and can also be classified according to the affected part of the stomach (such as the cardia, gastric body, and gastric antrum).
According to the type of inflammatory cells, gastritis can be further divided into acute gastritis and chronic gastritis histologically. However, no classification method completely matches its pathophysiology, and the various classifications overlap.
Take an appropriate amount of black tea and put it into a cup (one or two ounces of tea leaves are roughly divided into three servings), add three to four spoons of sugar, brew with boiling water and drink. When drinking, the water temperature should be cool enough not to burn the mouth. Drink once a day. Remember, do not drink it at night.
When you first start taking it, you may experience symptoms such as burping and flatulence, which are normal. After a few minutes, you will feel very comfortable in the stomach and intestines. Generally speaking, gastritis patients can basically recover after taking it for three days. If they still feel uncomfortable, they can continue to take it once or twice.
