
Osmanthus Tea
Recipe:
10-15g osmanthus, 3 slices of ginger, 2 jujubes. Wash with warm water and infuse with boiling water. Those who have a habit of drinking tea may add an appropriate amount of black tea.
Efficacy:
Osmanthus can warm the stomach, dispel cold, relieve pain, and warm the blood vessels. Ginger can warm the stomach, dispel cold, and stop vomiting. Jujube can strengthen the spleen and replenish qi. The combination of the three has the effects of strengthening the spleen, dispelling cold, relieving pain, and stopping vomiting.
Suitable for:
People with weak constitution and prone to catching colds; those with spleen and stomach cold deficiency, often experiencing abdominal distension, diarrhea, and loose stools; people who stay long-term in low-temperature environments such as air-conditioned rooms; those in the early stage of wind-cold colds, mainly with nasal congestion and clear runny nose; and people who have stomach discomfort due to excessive consumption of herbal tea or cold drinks.
Not suitable for:
People who are suitable for drinking chrysanthemum tea should not consume this formula.
