September 3 news, according to media reports, between fragrant tea and rich coffee, which one would you choose?

Scientists analyzed data from over 130,000 patients aged 18 to 95 who were observed or treated at the Paris Center for Preventive Medicine between 2001 and 2008 and stated that drinking tea can reduce the risk of death from heart disease by nearly a quarter.

The study's lead researcher, Professor Nicolas Danchin, believes that tea is more beneficial to the heart than coffee. In addition, tea lovers maintain better physical stamina. Doctors believe that the beneficial properties of tea are due to the antioxidant tea flavonoids, which also protect the heart.

During these seven years of observation, doctors recorded 95 deaths from cardiovascular disease and 632 deaths from other diseases at the Center for Preventive Medicine. The results show that compared to people who drink four cups of coffee a day, those who drink four cups of tea a day not only have a lower mortality rate but also have more physical energy. Additionally, tea can also effectively lower blood pressure.
