3. Not on an Empty Stomach

Drinking tea on an empty stomach dilutes gastric acid, impairing digestion. Excessive tea leads to more sweating, further depleting salt and causing fatigue or dizziness.

4. Varies by Individual

People with conditions like neurasthenia, tuberculosis, heart disease, or ulcers, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women and infants, should avoid tea. For tea drunkenness, eating snacks, sweets, or meals can help alleviate symptoms.
