Various ways to drink

1. Traditional Method (Boiling Tea) In leisure time, brew a cup of tea, the fragrance fills the room, tea leaves slowly float to the surface and then gradually sink. The leaves in the cup stretch out lazily. During the Tang and Song dynasties, our ancestors drank tea by boiling it. The modern brewing method was formed after the Yuan Dynasty. It’s better to boil after brewing. For urban indoor use, a "clay pot + induction cooker" is recommended.

Take about 6 grams of tea leaves, heat water to about 60 degrees, and add the tea. (Black tea should be rinsed with boiling water once before being put into the teapot to boil.) Simmer on low heat, boil again, and then simmer for about 5 minutes before drinking.

2. Brewing Method (Brewing Tea)

3. Iced Tea Method

Use cooled water or mineral water. First rinse the tea with boiling water, then put the tea into a cold water cup (bottle/pot). It can be brewed all day indoors, just add water.

4. Golden Flower Pu'er + Milk

Brew the tea traditionally, then mix it with milk in a 1:1 ratio. Add milk to the brewed black tea to make milk tea, which has a smooth and mellow taste.

5. Golden Flower Pu'er + Honey

Golden Flower Pu'er and honey are a perfect match: both are rich in nutrients and have many benefits, such as detoxifying the intestines. The mild nature of Golden Flower Pu'er and its stomach-protecting function can offset the irritation of honey on a cold stomach. Long-term consumption can also prevent colds. This method is suitable for health-conscious people. Note: Boiling water will destroy the nutrients in honey, so add honey when the black tea has cooled to 50-60°C for the best nutritional effect.

Honey tea for treating pharyngitis: Brew tea, add honey, drink 1-2 times a day for 3-5 days for noticeable effects. Persist for half a month for a complete cure.

Tea + Chrysanthemum + Honey: Works synergistically, nourishing kidney yin, clearing heat, and improving vision.

6. Golden Flower Pu'er + Chrysanthemum

Mix Golden Flower Pu'er and chrysanthemum in a 3:1 ratio in a teapot and brew together for a refreshing taste. Chrysanthemum clears heat and detoxifies, while black tea is mild. Drinking them together enhances their effects. Suitable for people with a hot constitution.

7. Golden Flower Pu'er + Goji Berries

8. Golden Flower Pu'er + Lemon

Add lemon juice or lemon slices (dry or fresh, fresh is better) to brewed Golden Flower Pu'er. Add sugar or honey for a sweet and sour taste. Refrigerate for a better flavor. Lemon also has benefits like quenching thirst and aiding digestion. The combination enhances these effects. Suitable for drinking after a heavy meal to aid digestion. (Can also be served chilled in summer.)
