1. Radish Tea

2. Tremella Tea

15g ophiopogon, 15g lily bulbs, and 4qian bamboo leaves. Boil in 1L water until reduced by half. Drink morning and evening.

5g inula flower, 10g winter flower, 10g almonds, and brown sugar. Simmer and strain. Helps with cold-induced coughs with white phlegm.

8. Luffa Flower and Honey Tea

10g dried luffa flowers and 10g honey. Steep in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink warm twice daily. Clears lung heat and phlegm.

9. Platycodon and Licorice Tea

Ingredients: 6g scrophularia, 6g ophiopogon, 6g platycodon, 3g dark plum, and 3g raw licorice. Steep in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink throughout the day. Nourishes yin and soothes the throat.
