Jasmine tea boosts immunity. Jasmine tea is rich in antioxidants, which help enhance immunity and treat gastrointestinal disorders. Studies have confirmed that jasmine tea also acts as an aromatherapy aid, assisting with pregnancy.

Peppermint tea alleviates bad breath. Peppermint tea refreshes the mind and helps improve indigestion. Moreover, peppermint tea can relieve cold symptoms such as coughs and sore throats, and eliminate bad breath.

Cinnamon tea helps lower blood sugar. Active compounds in cinnamon assist in regulating blood sugar levels, and the manganese element in it also helps reduce "bad" cholesterol levels. Furthermore, studies have shown that cinnamon positively improves hormonal imbalances.
